Processing Time
Most items at SARACCI are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for your item to be made before it ships. If a piece is ready to ship immediately, this will be noted on the product page.
Shipping — Australia
We ship Australia-wide via standard tracked post. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping — International
We also ship internationally. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
As each piece is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary due to material availability. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you directly via email or Instagram DM.
